Ingredients
  • Pork (neck) 700 g
  • Garlic 6 g
  • Ground ginger 1 g
  • Ground coriander 1 g
  • Basil 1 g
  • Olive oil 30 ml
  • Water 200 ml
  • Salt
Directions Combine olive oil with salt and spices. Rub meat with the mixture and let marinate in the fridge for 4–8 hours. Place meat inside the bowl. Select “MULTICOOK”. Set the temperature of 170°C and time of 20 minutes. Roast with an open lid until brown on all sides. Press “Keep Warm/Cancel”. Add water. Close the lid and select “STEW”. Set the time of 1 hour. Cook until the program finishes.

Ingredients
  • Pork 300 g
  • Beef 300 g
  • Pork fat 200 g
  • Onions 200 g
  • Garlic 50 g
  • Vegetable oil 70 mL
  • Salt
  • Spices
  • Natural sausage casings
  • Directions

    Rinse the meat and run it through a meat grinder with the fat, onions and garlic. Mix in the salt and spices. Attach a sausage nozzle to your meat grinder, put a sausage casing on the nozzle and tie a knot at the end. Run the meat through the grinder and stuff the sausage casing. Adjust the sausage length with the help of a thread. Pour the vegetable oil into the bowl and set the sausage in. Do not close the lid.

    Press MENU and select the FRY program. Choose PRODUCT and MEAT. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 15 minutes.

    7 minutes before the program finishes, open the lid and turn the sausage. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes.

    • Shrimp 500g
    • Butter 80g
    • Garlic 6g
    • Salt
    • Spices
    Directions Rinse the shrimp and mice the garlic. Put all of the ingredients in the multicooker, close the lid, select the FRY program, set the timer for 5 minutes, and press start. Tip: Garlic and cheese sauce is a nice compliment for this appetizer.

    • Frozen and peeled shrimp 200 g
    • Tomatoes 125 g
    • Hard cheese 100 g
    • Tomato sauce 70 g
    • Onions 50 g
    • Salt
    • Spices
    Directions

    Defrost and rinse the shrimp. Grate the cheese using a large-holed grater and dice the tomatoes and onions. Put all ingredients in the bowl and mix.

    Close the lid and press MENU. Select MULTICOOK and set the TEMPERATURE to 100°C. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 7 minutes.

    Press START and cook until the program finishes.

    • Chicken liver 380 g
    • Onions 100 g
    • Cream of wheat 40 g
    • Butter 10 g
    • 10 % cream 40 mL
    • Grated nutmeg
    • Salt

    Directions

    Run the liver and onion through a meat grinder then add the cream of wheat, salt, spices, and a pinch of a nutmeg. Blend until smooth then grease the bowl with butter and put the mixture inside.

    Close the lid, press MENU and select the CAKE program. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 25 minutes.

    Press START and cook until the program finishes.

    • Pork (fillet) 450 g
    • Mushroom 50 g
    • Onion 50 g
    • Butter 20 g
    • Vegetable oil 20 ml
    • Salt
    • Spices
    Directions Cut pork into 2–2,5 cm steaks, and beat until 0,5 cm thin. Chop mushrooms and onion, mix with butter, salt, and spices. Put mushroom stuffing on the side of each steak and roll. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil, and put in the meat rolls, seam side down. Close the lid. Select “FRY”. Set the time of 20 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the program, open the lid and turn the rolls over. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes.

    • Ground pork 350 g
    • Egg 50 g
    • 10 % cream 270 mL
    • Butter 5 g
    • Spices
    • Salt
    Directions

    Run the meat through the grinder twice then add the cream, egg, salt, spices, and mix with the blender on a medium speed for 4–5 minutes. Grease the bowl with butter, put the mixture in and close the lid.

    Press MENU, select MULTICOOK and set the TEMPERATURE to 100 °C. Use the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 15 minutes.

    Press START and cook until the program finishes.
