Ingredients
  • Ground chicken 400g
  • Eggs 60g (1 egg)
  • Onions 100g
  • Garlic 6g
  • Water 500ml
  • Salt
  • Spices
Directions Mince the garlic and onions and mix with the ground chicken, eggs, salt, and spices. Knead this mixture to form patties. Pour the water in the multicooker and sett the patties in the steam basket. Dont' stack the patties. Select the STEAM program, set the timer to 20 minutes, and press start. Tip:Serve with honey mustard sauce or barbeque sauce.

  • Pork (fillet) 300 g
  • Beef (fillet) 300 g
  • Polished rice 300 g
  • Onions 100 g
  • Garlic 6 g
  • Water 500 mL
  • Salt
  • Spices
Directions

Wash the meat and run it through a meat grinder with the onions and garlic then add the salt and spices. Mix and form into cutlets. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear then put the rice into the bowl, add the water and salt. Stir and set the steam tray in the bowl with the cutlets in it.

Close the lid, press COOKING MODE and select the COOK program. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 25 minutes.

Press START and cook until the program finishes.

  • Flour 500g
  • Water 200mL
  • Eggs 240g
  • Water 200mL
  • Vegetable Oil 15mL
  • Salt, Spices
  • Ground Beef 300g
  • Ground Pork 300g
  • Onions 100g
  • Garlic 6g
Directions

To make the dough: mix the water with the flour, 120g of eggs, vegetable oil and salt. Roll o.3 cm thick and cut circles with an 8cm diameter.

To make the filling: Brown the meat and add the eggs, salt and spices. Put a small portion of the filling in the center of each dough circle and pinch the edges closed.

Pour 700mL of water in the multicooker and set the Manti in the steam tray. Close the lid, select STEAM/BOIL and set the COOK TIME for 40 minutes.

Press START and cook until the program ends.

  • Potatoes 150 g
  • Bell pepper 120 g
  • String beans 100 g
  • Broccoli (frozen) 100 g
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Spices
Directions Cut potatoes into 2 cm cubes, remove seeds from bell pepper and cut it into 3 cm cubes. Pour water into the bowl and add steaming container. Place all ingredients inside. Close the lid. Select “STEAM”. Set the time of 20 minutes. Cook until the program finishes.

Ingredients Salmon (steak) 300 g Potatoes 350 g Mushrooms 140 g Onion 100 g 10 % cream 200 mL Vegetable oil 50 mL Water 1 L Salt Spices Directions

Sprinkle the fish with salt and spices. Cut the mushrooms, onions, and potatoes into small cubes. Set the mushrooms and onions into the bowl and add the oil.

Press FRY and stir-fry with an open lid for 5 minutes. Add the cream and cook for another 3 minutes. Press REHEAT/CANCEL and remove the mushroom sauce.

Pour the water into the bowl and add the trivet and steam tray with the fish and potatoes in it. Close the lid and steam valve.

Press STEAM and select FISH. Set the COOK TIME to NORMAL and cook until the end of the program. Open the valve and release the pressure. Top with the mushroom sauce before serving.

Ingredients Salmon (steak) 270 g Walnuts 15 g Pine nuts 15 g Water 500 mL Salt Spices Directions

Rinse the fish and sprinkle it with salt and spices and chop the nuts. Pour the water into the bowl and insert the steam tray of fish. Press the nuts into the fish to coat well and close the lid.

Press MENU and select STEAM, PRODUCT and FISH. Press HOUR/MIN and set the COOKING TIME for 20 minutes.

Press START and cook until the program finishes.

  • Tilapia fillet 150g
  • Carrots 100g
  • Frozen broccoli 100g
  • Frozen cauliflower 100g
  • Water 500mL
  • Salt, Spices
Directions

Rinse the fish, rub with salt and your favorite spices and thinly slice the carrots.

Pour the water into your versatile pressure cooker and set all other ingredients in the steam tray.

Close the lid, shut off the valve, press STEAM/DESSERT, and use the + and – buttons to set the timer for 8 minutes.

Cook until the program ends and then open the steam valve to release the pressure.
